The guest builds an offer on the site. The partner sends a price. The guest confirms on My plan. Payment goes to the partner directly - Visit Pirot does not sell the tour in your place and there is no Booking.com checkout.

For guests - the experience flow

1. Pick an experience, a route, or the planner (6 short questions).
2. Choose transport: your own car, Rent-a-car BestDeal (pickup Niš / Pirot / Sofia in the note), or no car if you already arrive in Pirot.
3. Add the services you want - a kafana, stay, guide, photographer, video, tasting, local products.
4. Send a request (email and phone are required). This is an inquiry, not a prepaid booking.
5. The partner sends a price on the site. You tick on My plan what you accept.
6. You pay the partner directly after confirmation. Off-platform deals are not marked complete.

For partners - how you join and earn trust

Apply, get approved, then guest requests on the site. Email is required. WhatsApp is extra if you opt in. The guest pays you.

Starter: the first 20 completed guests

1. A listing and at least one offer. After approval it goes live. Status: New partner.
2. The guest sends a request (LEAD). You send a price. They accept on My plan. When you deliver, the status is COMPLETED.
3. After the first COMPLETED you become a Verified partner.
4. For the first 20 COMPLETED agreements Visit Pirot takes no percentage of your price. That proves the channel; it is not a subscription.
5. At 20 COMPLETED you become an Established partner. Staying listed remains free.

Only agreements finished on the site count (the guest confirms, you mark delivered). Off-form deals do not count toward these 20.

Planner: how many days do you have — Planner - 6 questions, then a concrete plan.

Composing services in the offer — Offer extras - guide, meal, photo, stay.

Partner request form — Request to the partner - email, phone, note.

Offers catalog with Premium seats — Catalog - the first 3 seats in a category are Premium.

Partner application form — Partner apply - the listing goes for approval.

Partner packages

The listing stays free. Premium (30 days) is a separate gold seat. Standard / Gold / Platinum are subscriptions. Gold and Platinum include Premium. Founding 50 is a status, not a package — first-year Gold is −20%.

Bank transfer starts when Visit Pirot turns billing on. Until then an admin activates packages. After the first on-site COMPLETED, the partner gets a 14-day Gold trial if a Premium seat is free.

Founding 50: first-year Gold 39,200 RSD instead of 49,000 RSD.
