✓ The first 50 selected partners
✓ The first 20 completed Visit Pirot conversions without a performance fee (Starter 0/20 — COMPLETED only)
✓ Founding preferential rates after Starter (e.g. accommodation 6% instead of 8%) — if PRO/PREMIUM is lower, that rate wins
✓ Founding is not a Premium plan and does not grant a gold frame
✓ No automatic Authentic Pirot seal
✓ No guaranteed organic ranking and no guaranteed number of guests
