Data we collect
Information you submit via forms: name, email, phone, message, booking or listing details.
Technical data required to run the site (language, admin session, security logs).
Promotion data (listing ID, selected plan) when you notify us about a bank transfer.
Why we use data
To handle inquiries, bookings, listing moderation, promotion activation, and support.
Pirot Pass: operational processing so you receive a public code; a partner sees your first name only with consent, never your email.
To send service emails (e.g. listing approval) when you provide an email address.
To improve the site and prevent abuse (honeypot, rate limits). Optional analytics is separate from Pass identification and booking.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Processors include hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (SMTP/Resend), and WhatsApp for direct contact.
We may disclose data if required by law.
Retention & security
We keep data as long as needed for the purpose or until you request deletion, within reasonable limits.
We apply administrative and technical safeguards; no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion via email.
You may withdraw optional cookie consent in cookie settings.
