Route
1. Jerma Canyon viewpoints
Deep gorge with turquoise water and cliffs - stop at marked viewpoints for photos and 15–30 minute walks where trails exist. The canyon section alone deserves 1–2 hours.
2. Sukovo Monastery
Historic monastery in a peaceful setting - short visit (30–45 min), respect opening hours and silence. Iconography and architecture worth a guided explanation if you book a guide.
3. Poganovo Monastery
Famous medieval monastery near the Bulgarian border - allow 45–60 minutes. One of the highlights of the route; parking nearby, then a short walk to the church complex.
